Well, believe it or not -- we're heading out (yet!) again! Of course if I don't get us packed, you may be reading about the couple who tried to fly naked from Phoenix to Paris ... but think of how easy it would be to get through Security!!!
So...we leave EARLY Friday morning from Phoenix; change planes at Dulles in Washington DC and then head directly to Paris/Charles de Gaulle. What? you ask -- no changing planes in Heathrow? Alas, no...YEA!!!
We will spending three weeks at our favorite place, the apartment on Rue Royer Collard in the 5th Arr. of Paris, next to the Luxembourg Gardens and down the street from the Pantheon. Our motto for this trip is: Something new every day, be it museum, gallery, walk, shop or restaurant. In an effort to control spending ($ vs. Euro VERY bad...) we are going to investigate internet cafes where we can use our computer and a high-speed line rather than log in via the phone line all the time...will let you know how successful that is!
