Soooo, I'm curious. As much as you enjoy French cuisine, have you become a gourmet cook as well ?
Speaking for myself, these plates are pretty inspirational!

Unfortunately (speaking of weight...), we both love to cook, although R is by far the better -- he is an intuitive cook; I cook by cookbooks ...
